Full respect to Andrew. My comment was more poking fun at the people who couldn't see he was done two seasons ago and spent a ton of brain power trying to convince everyone he wasn't.

Uh, I have the 2021 WDF on the phone for ya...

AH33 23 carries, 136Y, 5.9avg, 1 TD

He was a huge part of the WDF win in one of his best games of that year.  SSK knew they had to shut down AH to win (one of their main keys to the game), and they couldn't.  (Drove the Riderfans forum apoplectic in their GDT.)

The funny thing is, even with Brady's late-season success for us, teams (still) don't put him as one of keys to the game!  They usually put stopping Demski as one.  But never Brady.  When AH was here, he was nearly always a key to the game for an opponent.

That said, Brady might start getting that attention in 2023...

Also... 0 fumbles on 202 carries for over 1000 yards. ZERO FUMBLESSSSSS

That's amazing, and so glad you spotted that, as I hadn't even thought of it all season!  AH33 would fumble one every 4-6 games.  Usually it made him more mad and he'd make up for it, but it is nicer to just not worry about fumbleitis in a RB.

Brady should win some sort of award for that one stat.  MOS must be lovin' it.

Congrats to BO but not to diminish the benchmark 1000 yard season. Is it as big a deal as in the past ? More games played now. Average a little over 50 yards a game to hit the mark.

I know what you mean. It is certainly a note worthy landmark. I am sure he will get a contract bonus as a result. Knowing he started off so slowly this year I think it is especially impressive. He only really got going by week 4-5. Considering how much we threw it and ran the ball with McRae, Bailey, Prukop it makes for quite the accomplishment.

What was his yards per carry average? I am guessing it is north of 5 yards per carry.

Exactly 5.0 yards per carry with a long of 31 yards and 25 runs between 10-19 yards.

Of course it's a big deal. 1,000 remains the benchmark in terms of rushing yardage or receiving yardage, irrespective of the length of a season.

For reference, on only 114 carries, Harris fumbled 4 times losing it 3 times.

Brady is very good at protecting the ball. Lets hope this continues into the playoffs.

Only three players rushed for more than 1000 yards this season.

I remember that yappy poster Top Gun said earlier this season that Oliviera should be no more that a part time back and McRae should be the starter. He also said that the Bombers had no deep threat. Well the Bombers receiver Shoen led the league in yards and TD's. Clearly Top Gun didn't have a clue what he was talking about.

I was beating that drum too.

Brady looked horrible to start the season.

Who cares.

Just further evidence trollers invade this forum at times but invariably get caught.

Back to Brady and his excellent performance this year.
