Sure hope something happens before the 2022 Grey Cup to free up some accommodations in Regina. We have our Grey Cup tickets purchased and have rooms booked at Temple Gardens in Moose Jaw from Wednesday. It's only a 45 minute drive but on the weekend it would be nice to be downtown all day to join all the Bomber fans.

That's why you don't host Canada's largest sporting event in Regina very often. Not enough infrastructure to support it unless you maybe want to stay in a dorm room, apparently. Brutal!

I took the super saver option from the Allstar Tours crew. We stay at the super 8 by Wyndham just passed Ring Road. free hot breakfast every morning and it?s a good enough hotel to me. 7 km ride from the real event center. Free ride one way with the tour, cab it back no biggie. I certainly feel lucky though I paid a decent price.

I'm staying at The Official Grey Cup Homeless Encampment. I got the platinum package which includes an empty 5 gallon pail under my tarp.

:o LMAO

All joking aside the fact university dorms are actually being offered is kinda sad.

Hotels are asking for three night minimum and up to $600 a night. Criminal for Saskatchewan.

Hope you all have a great Grey Cup and avoid freezing your butts off!   I had my once in a lifetime Grey Cuo moment in 2019 and will never be able to top that as long as I live.

It might be worth the drive. We live in Calgary and head to the Peg a couple of times a year for games and we break up the trip by staying a day at the Temple Gardens in Moose Jaw - Really great place to stay and really close to the Casino there.
