Hamilton full marks for the win and Dane Evans has his best game as a TiCat!   We made a game of it but they were just a better team today and may have turned the corner on their season.   We continue to lose key players with JJ the latest casualty.   The bye week will give them some time to reflect on their season so far.....

I don't mind losing to Steinhauer.....he's a great coach as is MOS.   Hope the Cats can turn things around,
I do not mind the YoCats organization except for the box J boys. Those guys I have zero respect for.

On a positive note:

1. No injuries as far as I can tell. Maybe a few more bruises but I think we came out of the game without losing anybody. I didn't see Jeffcoat go out?
2. O-Leary-Orange had a very good and productive game.
3. Overall our offence has been very good and imaginative as the season progressed.

On the negative side:

1. Our DT's are not very good. Zero pressure. No sacks and QB's with too much time to throw.
2. No forced turnovers.

Bend but don't break broke over and over.

Did anybody on defence make a play? Seriously. Only 2 punts by the Ti Cats.

Ok. That was the one stinker for the season. Get past it.

On point #1, JJ, McCrea, Alexander, all left with injuries.

all in all we were due for a stinker. Considering we turned it over 3 times while getting no turnovers and still managed 31 pints is not bad.
The D on every level just really could make plays today. Humbling experience for them!

Our LBers didn't do much during the game so why didn't they rush 6 guys on the line like Hammy did

Good question for Hall.

dd

The lack of pressure by our expensive D line exposed the holes we have in our secondary, and we have a few of them. Worst performance our D has had under MOS rule. Shameful performance. I don?t see us standing pat, changes will be made

We were only down 10 points with 9 minutes remaining in the fourth.   Then the Cats drove the ball and ate up the clock scoring the final TD to seal the deal.

I had a feeling this was a dangerous game with Evans coming in as their starter and he played the best game of his career as a TiCat.  Our Defence was simply unable to pressure Evans and he picked us apart with no turnovers whereas Zach turned it over 3 times....with one a pick six and the fumble resulting in another major.

Good points there

Little blemish.   Think I might have jinxed us because I had SO much joy seeing the Riders lose to Edm    just a few of my personal takeaways (don't intend it to be excuses).  Did we get Sask flu ??   $func['entity_fix']('128579')
--Bighill and Jeffcoat have been playing hurt.  Jefferson takes a few games off every year -- but brings it later when we need it.
--undisciplined:  taunting, misconduct, procedure/no end penalties were not ok  of this team at this point in the season.
--Zach: fumble, 2 picks (could have been more) he was getting bashed all game.  O-line had a tough day too (*Grey)
--why move away from Sheed?   He owned the 1st Q   nothing later ?
-- bad overall plans on this one I thought - from Coach Buck and Ritchie  on O and D   no adjustments at half. Trap game? Didn't expect a dialed in Ham team?

Haaate losing- but our record is 12-2    good reminder that you never walk in with a W against a 'lower' opponent -  have to earn it -- always.
this team is still so special.  Its game-by-game/ play-by-play.
They still/always support each other. Flush this garbage, heal up, re-focus and home-stretch in Fall football - when matters.  see ya'll awesome people on The 30th.

We just had a stinker against Montreal

Blitzer

As long as they play their best in the playoffs then everything is cool. It's tough to be motivated for every game.

Not just the DT's. The front 7 was not very good tonight.

ZC8 with 3 turnovers really didn't help.
Don't go through life looking in the rearview mirror.

I think both of our line coaches are to partially to blame, D line should have rushed more then 4 guys and the O line coach should have had an extra guy on the line to give Zac more time
