I ve always asked why can?t command centre call a UR that was missed. Major fouls should not go unpenalized during the game. Players and officials have got to be held accountable.

I think they can.  They added the ability for the eye-in-the-sky / concussion spotter to call / upgrade URs.  I recall a couple of plays where there was no flag but a player was writhing so much that 20s later a flag appears.  Pretty sure that's EITS calling that.

That's why I firmly believe players should attend sessions at the Cody School Of Writhing.  Flags are definitely thrown based on perceived outcome.
