Given that Nathan Rourke's stay in the CFL may be limited to this year, I thought it would be good to go through the exercise of building a viable all-Canadian roster of current players.  First up, the offence:

QB.    Nathan Rourke
RB.     Brady Oliveira
FB.     David Mackie

LT.      Saxelid
LG.     Revenburg
C.       McEwen
RG.     Neufeld
RT.      Rice

WR.    Schaefer-Baker
SB.     Demski
SB.     Behar
SB/TE. Cottoy
WR.     Gittens Jr.

Special Teams

Kicker.    Paredes
Punter.    Legghio
Returns.   Tyson Philpott
LS.          9 way tie.

Defence

DE.    Betts
DE.     Menard
DT.     Laing
DT.     Wiggan

MLB.   Bo Lokombo (honorable mention to Muamba)
WLB.  J. Williams (honorable mention to Cam Judge)
SLB.   Pruneau (aging vet vs. a green Makonzo)

CB.   Nelson Lokombo
CB.    Adeleke
HB.    Bouka
HB.    Decoy
S.      Edem
dimeback:  Metchie

Offence is decent

Defence gets hammered

Why - are you expecting Rourke to have a career ending injury?

Through 7 games he's been good, but would he really get a serious look in the nfl already?

...and then Rourke makes a 3rd and 9 thread the needle pass.

What do I know...

I like Pruneau, but Dalke has been playing a lot of SLB.  Moncrief has been injured, thrown out of games or had to play a spot in the secondary.

I haven,'t seen enough of Dalkie there to form an opinion, but Pruneau is long in the tooth for sure.  Another option might be to flip Ackie to that side.  I think he's fast enough.

Go back and watch Rider's games.  It's a thing a beauty watching Dalke at SLB.  He'll probably end up being the steal of this draft.
