Any of them going to be on TV?
Just noticed the Bombers will have the most amount of time after game 2 before the 1st regular season game. That's an advantage getting further into the practice and play book. That and we play the Redblacks back to back. I suspect the Redblacks will struggle in the early going with their roster being overhauled.

Every game, including pre-season games are televised on TSN.

I expect as many as 4 pre-season games will televised by TSN. A number of the games are scheduled at the same time so there will be some that won't be on tv.

We haven't had a pre season game since 2019 so I can't remember what happened in the past. However, yes many of the games are at the same time. June 3 in particular has overlapping.
I'd like to hope at least 1 of Bomber games makes the cut.

I hope that's true, but it wasn't in the past. Only about 50% were shown. I know because I always get miffed when an away-WPG one isn't shown. I also vaguely recall a year where none of the WPG PS games were televised.

Not true, unfortunately. This year appears to follow usual years with about half the games shown. There are four pre-season games scheduled to air on TSN (all games CST): Monday, May 23 - Winnipeg @ Saskatchewan, 4 pm (yes, 4 pm) Friday, May 27 - Toronto @ Ottawa, 6:30 pm Friday, June 3 - Ottawa @ Montreal, 6 pm Friday June 3 - Saskatchewan @ BC, 9 pm Source: https://www.tsn.ca/2021-cfl-on-tsn-broadcast-schedule-1.1655021

Well, at least we for sure get to see one WPG on TV this year. Bonus that it's the one in SSK, so we can see the other in person. Boy, what a screwy schedule though! SSK and OTT win with 2 a piece on TV! HAM, CGY, EDM all get the shaft. Sorry, Alberta.

We'll get a very early look coming out of TC with mostly rookies playing. There should be some insight to which are having good camps and seeing whether that translates on the field.
I'm not unhappy with some of the forced changes due to departures.
Maston returning with Darby leaving in free agency.
Glass replacing Alford who left for NFL
M. Jones moving out east. Not directly replaced but a dozen candidates.
Lawson added in traded to offset the loss of Kongbo
But we also lost A. Harris, Castillo, Lawler, Adams, Richardson and Hansen. That's an enormous amount of talent lost. That will result in a different outlook on the roster.
Watching the new receivers and DB's in particular will be interesting.
I'd expect a couple of surprises. I just know where it will come.
In 2021 I don't know anybody besides coaches predicted Alford and Nichols to be starters day of TC for example.

Alford and Nichols shocked the heck out of me. I was a total unbeliever until about week 6. Having Rose back for good now helps alleviate the loss of Jones16 and Alford. We will need one of the rookies to standout if we want a full corps. McManus has had a great eye these last few years; he'll pull it off.

That goes back a few years. Least you get the game with your tickets. If not free. Heck, just do $5 seats....

Yah, it's certainly not the norm, usually two rookie DB's on the field together means plenty of breakdowns and other associated bad news. Recall if you will, Brandon Alexander and Brian Walker playing side by side in 2017 their rookie season. We've been spoiled the last few season with outstanding rookies in the secondary who pick up their roles quickly, less anyone's expectations are skewed and think it's a sustainable game-plan that can be eternally duplicated.

Thanks. Will be nice to catch the odd session if it?s sunny. Would be nice too if $5 beer and dogs were available.

I went a few years back and IIRC they were afternoon sessions and were a fair number of spectators. Beer in the morning is a nonstarter for sure. But if it were a sunny afternoon, why not.

In recent years Training Camp sessions have involved a single practice usually starting in the range of 8:30 to 9:30 am and finishing 11:30 to 12:30 pm.
