Probably just an arm for training camp.
Pocket passers in the CFL are painful.  A la Drew Willey .

Been plenty amazing pocket passers

Uh, Ricky Ray?  Dude never left the pocket.  Future HoFer.  I actually miss watching the good, true pocket passers in the CFL.  I guess BLM is one now.  The last of the pocket passers?

hash to far sideline:

NFL/NCAA - 100'
Old CFL - 123'
New CFL - 111'

Considerable less than before not a lot more than NCAA now...

11 more feet than NFL or NCAA...if you don't think that makes a difference I don't know what to tell ya. 11 feet is a massive difference in a game that int/comp come down to milliseconds. Tell a QB that 11 feet is nothing.

23' is what they had to deal with previously... 11 feet now.  I is a difference, for sure, but no where near the difference it was...

That is true, and it is why you rarely saw passes from the hashmark out to the far sideline. It essentially became a 50/50 ball with little upside. Odds slightly improve by moving the hashes but not many throws will go from far hash to sideline....heck you hardly see them in the NFL.

No chance BLM becomes a pocket passer, especially with a buggered up shoulder, he is in the category of Collaros, a scrambler. Now that Reilly is gone MBT, Cornelius and Jake Maier might be the only pocket passers left.

If you look at the list of all time passing leaders, at least half of them are primarily pocket passers.  Calvillo, Ray, McManus, Glenn, Lancaster.

Reilly would take off and run, but he threw mostly from the pocket, he wasn?t really a rollout guy.  Bo Levi is drop back, Dane Evans is as well.  I would classify McLeod Bethel Thompson as one as well.

Informed team he will not be reporting to TC at this time. Could mean he has some personal business to take care of or he's having 2nd thoughts about his career in football or the CFL.

Signed QB Jake Floriea. Tape looks good as he can both pass and run. At 6'1" 209 lbs may be a good fit for a CFL QB. Played at John Carrol University whose colours are Blue & Gold. We'll see what happens in TC.
