Redblacks are rumoured to be signing: Boateng, N. Levi and William Powell plus a few other players on the free agent list. If they do get Powell that negates the idea of either A. Harris or Oliveria going there to start.

We have spent big on DE's, we have Thomas at DT, and have never seemed to have an issue recruiting Int DT's... Love the heat the stove brings, but Saoles and Rose are darned good value.
Who is this Rose guy?? Are you talking about Ezekiel Rose who played in one game for the Bombers and didn't record a tackle. |

He got injured early in the 1st Q of his 1st game. Whether he has talent or not is not known quite yet. He's on the potential free agent so not even sure he gets re-signed for TC. |

I could see that happening. As much as the Rider fans hate AH33, they will love him if he's wearing Green and White. |

Sayles yes. Rose got injured in his first game and is a pending FA. Maybe thinking of Ricky Walker? |

That's what I was saying. Walker played limited time in 7 games and had 8 tackles and 1 sack. I mean Jojo Wicker has the same stats as Rose. |

That's nuts. IIRC he got $270 in 2019 from the Argos. Took a cut like everybody else for 2021. That should make him the highest paid non QB? |

GMs are breaking the receiver market in the same way they broke the QB market. Just insane dollars. |

Saskatchewan Roughriders have re-signed star receiver Duke Williams to a one-year contract for the 2022 season.
Williams fresh pact will pay him $260,000 in hard money.
There were a lot of teams involved with big cash on the table.
He had other offers for more dollars up to $300,000 but ultimately felt like the Riders can win the Grey Cup which would fulfill his goal of winning a CFL championship.
Assume it was the Elks or Argos that offered $300K.

Yeah, none of that sounds believable. EDIT: on second thought, I think the Lions would've been dumb enough to offer Williams $300K. |

Riders are also losing some important talent. Over spending on players won't help replace that talent lost. Look at what happened with the Lions in 2019 -2021. |
