There are probably more transactions not yet released. A bit surprised that Lowes didn't even make it to the full TC. There must be something we're not hearing. Failing medical perhaps.
He suffered an injury on Friday.

Interesting article about Blake Jackson on the main Bomber website page. A converted QB to a receiver position.

Bombers must really like something they saw in him in 2021 before the achilles injury.

Back to my thought about a # 3 QB that could play multiple positions. The change doesn't come into effect until 2023 at the moment. Two QB's on the field at the same time comes into effect in 2022.

Darrin Bauming @DarrinBauming
Winnipeg made a couple roster moves today.
We can subtract REC Stove, DB Evans (each released) and RB Barnes (suspended list) from the #Bombers' depth chart.

Maybe we now see Dobson and Ford show up in TC after their NFL tryouts. Nothing has been said about them getting any offers down there yet. At least in the CFL they know they'll make the roster and get a pay check.

Great addition, makes our predraft trade where we got the 13th pick  and Lawson  for our 9th and 18 pick look good
Really excited how we can utilise him in our secondary and return schemes

BLUE BOMBERS SIGN 2022 13TH OVERALL SELECTION TYRELL FORD

WINNIPEG, MB., May 20, 2022 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has signed their 13th overall selection in the 2022 CFL Draft, defensive back Tyrell Ford.

BLUE BOMBERS SIGN 2021 3RD OVERALL PICK LIAM DOBSON

WINNIPEG, MB., May 20, 2022 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has signed Canadian offensive lineman and 2021 3rd overall CFL Draft pick Liam Dobson to a two-year contract.

Dobson (6-3, 330, Texas State, February 6, 1998 in Ottawa, ON) officially arrives in Winnipeg after a standout college career at the University of Maine through 2017-2020 and transferring to Texas State for the 2021 season. Dobson was a 2020 preseason All-America Third-Team selection by Hero Sports and 2020 preseason First-Team All-Colonial Athletic Association by Phil Steele. He was selected Stats FCS Third-Team All-America and First-Team All-CAA in 2019 and was voted Maine's Outstanding Offensive Lineman after starting all 12 games and averaging 12 knockdowns per game in 2019. Dobson was Maine's highest-graded offensive lineman in every game as a junior before transferring to Texas State.

Dobson was selected 23rd overall by the New Orleans Breakers in the 2022 USFL Draft. He most recently attended two NFL mini-camps with the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints.

Dobson will be at Saturday's practice, wearing jersey number 64.

QUICK HITS - TRAINING CAMP - DAY 2

4. FYI: Global punter Tom Hackett is not back in camp yet, as he returned to Utah during the strike to be with his parents who had planned a visit. The expectation is he will return. "We're in communication with him," said O'Shea. "He had some family things to take care of."

WR Carlton Agodusi, who spent last year on the practice roster, made a spectacular catch early on Friday, but came up injured and did not return.

O'Shea on safety Brandon Alexander, who is recovering from offseason surgery and not practising, but has been very engaged in camp. "He is an amazing leader. He's that guy that helps put it all together from Richie and JY and James' scouting report. When they're out of the building BA just manages to keep them all together and do the right things to make sure they're spending the extra time. He's invaluable."

There are only nine linebackers in camp, including veterans Adam Bighill, Kyrie Wilson, Shayne Gauthier, Jesse Briggs (reporting after his wife gives birth), second-year pros Tanner Cadwallader and Les Maruo along with Eric Mezzalira, Darian Taylor and Malik Clements, who played seven games with the Edmonton Elks last season. Here's O'Shea on Clements: "We put on the film he was just a guy that showed up on the film all the time. That kind of style of play is something we like. Now, how it fits here ... I just thought he probably deserved another chance."

Saturday's practice time at IG Field goes from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and is open to the public.

Curious. Taylor showed as released on the 15th but this article lists him as in camp?
