The *** ref took his flag out for the no yards but didn't throw it and put it back in his pocket, *** was that!!!!!

Wow, I didn't catch that.  Good catch!  I knew instantly it was NY-15, and saw him take it out, but didn't realize we didn't get the 15!  He did just stuff it back in!  I have never before seen that in my life.  It was obvious 15y NY by at least 1.5 yards.  MOS challenges that and he wins for sure, even though they rarely turn over NY misses.

Guess that ref wanted an exciting end to the game, as that NY call would have made our win a lot easier as it puts us practically in FG range... oh wait, ya, Ali.

I'm with Aards.  That ad means my young kids do not watch any CFL game live with me anymore.  They can only watch after I can edit the ads out.

Before you harp on about phobic this or that, I would say the same thing if that was an ad with only actual women.  Would the CFL allow an ad with real, female, massive, near-bare cleavage all over it, some with just pasties on?  And many doing highly suggestive things?  Never in a million years.  If they wouldn't allow it with the geese, then they shouldn't allow it with the ganders.

I guarantee they have lost viewers with small children because of that ad placement during CFL games.

My sentiments exactly. The world is one messed up place.

The refs are consistently inconsistent. They should have tagged Rose for.his late.cheap.shot on Harris after Harris.had clearly crossed.the goal line . Totally cheap. Same goes for his play on the kicker, you can block him all you want but you don't have to.grab and throw him to the ground behind the line of scrimmage, for 1 that's interference in the kicker, he.is not to be touched until he crosses the line of scrimmage, chucking him to the ground should have been 15 yds. These refs couldn't do a high school game.

When Mourtada was manhandled his kick had already gone wide and was being returned.  At that point he doesn't need to cross the LOS and can be blocked, right?  but I agree that it could have been UR and you could tell MOS was asking.

Will re-watch the game on Sunday but a few additional thoughts.

1. Bailey is becoming an outstanding receiver as the season progresses. His blocking and effort are top notch.
2. Lawler had a very good game on his return. He was open often but Collaros missed him due to Elks pressure causing some ducks to be thrown.
3. Houston impressed me although he got burned a couple of times. For his 1st CFL game he showed promise.
4. Wilson is getting his game legs back. 3rd leading tackler last night.

Our pass pro suffered a ton missing Hardwick. Collaros took more hits last night than he has all season combined.

Harris looked like he got injured when he landed. Non contact injuries are rarely good news for the players. Brady O time for the near future.

Cornelius looked good, especially for a rookie with very few starts. He pulled up and grabbed the back of his leg on a scramble and wasn't effective after that.

If Grymes catches the ball Collaros threw right to him, he gets a TD and we don't which most likely means we lose the game. It's a 14 point swing and Edmonton can simply run the ball instead of taking chances after that.

I don't trust Mourtada to make the FG when he has to. Time to give Leggs another chance or even better... trade for a known FG kicker, even if it takes a 1st rounder to get one.

I missed the Drag Race commercials, to busy flipping t0 the baseball game. And it was a beauty.

Houston: Missed a couple of open field tackles, dropped a pick six, blew at least one coverage. Reminds me a lot of Miller.

Lawler: 3/8  82 yards. Not his best game. But still our best deep ball threat.

Woli82, DA1, and ND10, really didn't get many touches. 4/16 in total.

At the end of the day, a win is a win. I will take it.

Trade Darvin and picks and maybe defensive player for a kicker

Easier said than done in the CFL though

Yes it's messed up because of prudes and bigots who find advertising a drag show to be offensive in some way. Maybe they shouldn't promote hockey since it's so violent.
As for your kids, they are watching hard core porn on their phones most likely so it's nothing they haven't seen before.

Can't believe the bigotry that's allowed to exist on this site.

Agreed! I've been a Bomber fan since childhood and I happen to be gay and enjoy Canada's drag race. That market exists so deal with it.

I don't have kids of my own but I've been the gay uncle to 9 nieces and nephews and have never hidden my male partner from them ever.

I'd suggest to parents instead of turning off the TV and avoiding answering your kids' questions like "why are these men dressed like women", all you need to say is "some men dress like women, some women dress like men, some men love men, some women love women and it's all ok ". You'd be surprised how quickly a kid goes" ok cool" and moves on.

If that's what it would take to get Ward here I would be making that trade 100 times out of 100. Unfortunately, teams are probably going to look at Darvin's stat line this year before signing off on that, which would complicate things.

I'm also not a huge fan of Adam's body language out there the last few weeks. Take a look at his reaction on touchdowns scored. Not much of a reaction at all. Maybe that's just him but when you have offensive lineman running 25 yards down field to celebrate and you have Darvin tip toeing back to the line of scrimmage with his head down it stands out like a sore thumb.

I took a look at that, it looks like he twisted/hyper-extended a little bit on the lateral knee (i.e., outside of his right knee). That could be a strain of the tendon on the outside of his knee, or perhaps a sprain of the ligament. Either of those would suggest he's out for more than a couple of weeks, depending on its severity.

I'd bet Harris retweaked his injury, and was happy to sit out the rest of the game with BO20 taking the rock.  Last thing he wants is to permanently injure himself.

For all those on the Trade DA for a kicker bandwagon, great idea.  Any other underperforming players you want to add in, hoping the other GM thinks they are getting the player at the top of his game?  Jeez Louise.  Get a team to take a bunch of our players not earning their SMS, and give us the second rarest commodity in football, a money kicker at the top of his game.  Maybe get them to take Brian Little in the deal?

Not allowing a 4th quarter point AGAIN, in hostile territory.  Yikes.  This is amazing.  Ritchie Hall has these guys operating at top form, and his adjustments through the game are spot on.

This team has clinched a playoff spot, and home field soon... have to save up for my playoff ticket now...  pondering a GC ticket, but not this year, not travelling to Ontario... even triple vaxxed...

You are 100 percent right in your observation, on baileys TD he walked away from him

And it's not the only time the last few weeks. If you watch the game recaps on CFL.ca and look for Adams in some of those shots it's the same thing. Can only speculate on what it means but he doesn't look very engaged in those moments for sure.
