Sunday evening game will be strange for sure...I will be there but I suspect the crowd will be less than last game.
Saw that Demski is sitting again but Harris might be good to go...
If the Stamps rookie QB can come in and light it up at IGF against our defence then he might be a CFL keeper.

Today's injury report adds more concerns although it's early. Several more starters added as DNP in practice. Bailey, Thomas and Alexander are new to the list. A few like Jeffcoat and Jefferson were DNP for most of last week but played. That may be the same this week or there is the chance they further aggravated previous injury.
Players like Wilson, Roquemore and Richardson still not practising.
Beginning to wonder if a few players were miss judged and should have been put on 6 game IR?
EDIT: No fine for Alexander. That's an interesting result considering the long review deciding the RP. Not complaining but it's inconsistent.

They actually had some Bomber news on.
The last clip showed Andrew Harris doing drills.
Has he always had that monster brace on? He looked incredibly .....( not fast)
First day, we look decimated.

That happened last week as well. Concerning but he doesn't need to practice, he needs to recover. At this point I expect he plays on Sunday until I hear otherwise. |

I wish I could share your optimism about Andrew. But if that clip was from two weeks ago, then he could be a lot lighter and faster on his feet. I don't mind if he even sits out the regular season.
We also have ratio room to play an American back there, with NFL cuts coming available.
Our remaining backs don't have that extra gear or burst, in my opinion. Our guys just bulldoze, and once clear to the third level they can get it going,,but not all the way to the end zone. But with the road graders up,front just run it again.
We do need an explosive player on O.

It's an option and we do have an import on the PR. With possible injuries to nearly all our receivers I don't know who can dress and what the options then become. Adams, Bailey and Woli are nicked. Demski is out. Everything depends on who goes onto IR and who comes off. Anybodies guess at the moment. |

Our defence can't survive another debacle like Toronto.
I hate to say it, but if we played tonite I would be picking Calgary, and Maier passing for 500 yards,,and us 100 yds.
Well three days to get better. Here's hoping.

But he can't even get a sniff of the field today in 2021. Why do ya think that is?
He hasn't earned it.
I do like the idea of getting him in somehow. I mentioned a two RB set. That would be problematic for Calgarys. Man to man defence, plus allow better blocking for out one receiver offence.
Buck had better have done something these last few days. Without Zach scrambling, we would have no passing game.

CFL.CA shows Josh Miller as a free agent but didn't show any other transactions yet. I take that to suggest he's moved back to PR? Could be a sign of Darby ready to play.

Augustine quickly became the forgotten man in 19 because Harris came back with a vengeance. But he acquitted himself well when he stepped in. I'm surprised we haven't seen him at all this year because he could be complimentary to Oliveira. He's not the bowling ball type runner that Oliveira is. He has some moves and speed and does run with some power. Pretty decent hands. Possibly he's another of the walking wounded. With Harris out, I thought he would be in the mix and get some touches.
