How will the CFL determine draft positions for the 2012 draft? Will they go with a lottery style of draft? How will they rate the young Canadian players?

Good question... by lottery like you suggested is my guess. It will be a pretty tough draft year regardless.

I think we're going to stumble into a bunch of these "oops, the cancelled season screws up xxxx in 2021" things. They're going to have to come up with a ton of solutions to some interesting problems, and many may have legal barriers because of contracts, CBA, etc. The funny thing is, by not playing in 2020, Ambrosie may have just made his job much harder for 2021.
As for how they'll pick in 2021, your guess is as good as mine! If lotto is an option, surely picking based on 2019's standings is an option. That would allow the weakest teams to double-dip.

They should give that to a business or Recreation administration student as a work placement component of their course.
The commish is a puppet of the owners
The ownership is at most a couple guys with their own overbearing personalities( Braley).
The commish basically does their Colective building, and also takes on a special, project as his class project.m
The commish has to move on, to dispel the perception. The guy is a loser.
The league needs private ownership, but it has to be viable, which in reality it is not.
Wade would be the next best commish,

Giving a team back to back 1st. over all picks doesn't make much sense.

I would imagine they will hold a draft lottery.

I agree, it's the only way to be fair to all teams.

Lottery makes the most sense. IMO some of the 2020 draft choices will now miss their chance to attend 2021 TC.
