I'm happy to do whatever it takes to get Demski here as a career long Bomber. Love that guy and am glad he's redeemed himself after much criticism last year (some deserved, much not).

I've been a fan of Demski since his Bison days so anything we can do to keep him in Blue and Gold is okay with me. BTW has anyone heard anything about re-signing Bryant.

I thought someone here was super confident he was going to be the next re-signing shortly after Hardrick...

Bryant always takes his time before sign another one year contract. Maybe this is the year he retires.

I doubt he retires and expect he re-signs before free agency. OTOH it was a bit curious we added OL Williams onto the 1 game IR to end the season from the PR. Either he was quite impressive or the team may have insight to Bryant giving thought to retiring after a Grey Cup win? Can never be 100% certain when a player decides to look at life beyond football.

I'd hate to lose him. He's only 33 and relatively injury free.  Next to the QB decision, he'd be my next highest priority.

EDIT: Williams is a little heavier than Bryant of Hardrick and a little shorter. He does have LT experience and started 24 games at LT in college.

On a side note: He was born in Jamaica. Could he qualify as a global? At the moment he shows as an import.

It was me....and Bryant will be back, and has no intentions of retiring...If he was it would have been announced...as for the guy we added....we need to have some Import depth behind those 2,

Good news. He played well after joining the Bombers. Now we have at least 3 returnees in the secondary + Maston at SAM.

As per Darren Cameron;
#Bombers announce the team has agreed to terms on a one-year extension with all-star left tackle Stanley Bryant. A pending free agent, a two-time Grey Cup champion & one of the most dominant lineman in team history returns for his sixth season in Blue and Gold.  #FortheW

BOMBERS AGREE TO TERMS WITH ALL-STAR LEFT TACKLE STANLEY BRYANT

WINNIPEG, MB., January 17, 2020 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has signed two-time CFL Most Outstanding Lineman Stanley Bryant to a one-year extension. Bryant was scheduled to be a free agent next month.

Bryant once again had a stellar 2019 season, and for the third-straight season was named the West Division nominee for Most Outstanding Lineman. Playing in all 18 regular season games and all three postseason games, he also was named a league all-star for the third consecutive season - the fifth time in his career - as he anchored the left side of an offensive line that was part of the CFL's top rushing unit once again.

Bryant, who was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Lineman in 2018 and 2019, will enter his sixth season in Winnipeg in 2020, and has started every game at left tackle since signing in February of 2015, boosting his consecutive games played streak to 101.

The ten-year CFL veteran spent his first five seasons in Calgary, is a two-time Grey Cup champion (Calgary in 2014, Winnipeg 2019) and has been named a CFL All-Star in 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Bryant has started 156 CFL games, ten playoff games, and three Grey Cup games.
