I am hoping for the knights, but OV isn't Laine. OV will hit the net with that bullet 9 of 10 times. It will be close but I have to go with Washington.

I just got educated that Eakin of the knights is a winnipeger as well......he doesn't have any Bomber connections does he ?

Caps in 6 . I don?t care for ovechkin. But caps have goaltending and the caps coach , beating Pittsburgh and Tampa. They had a tougher road.

Actually his dad was/is a city cop named Butch.

I saw Cody for the first time at an AHL all star game here is winnipeg and was there as a guest for the skills competition as a AAA prospect. It was funny because he was the fastest skater and most accurate shooter out of any of the all stars that night.

I'm thinking the Knights, and Ovi never gets his cup... Vegas players don't realize that they can lose... they just keep finding ways to win, and Holtby looked awful human last night...

Neither goalie played well last night. The Knights just seem to find a way and that 4th line had a game.

I wonder if Wilson gets another suspension...

If he doesn't, this is going to be one heck of a violent series. Not sure what kind of coach Gallant is, whether he is an eye for an eye guy, or if he's willing to use Reaves as he is meant to be used, as a fighter, not a scorer... but if Wilson is out on the ice next game, he'd better have his head on a swivel...

League has already said Wilson will not have a hearing.

Hoping Ovi finally wins his cup but it somehow feels like it is Vegas's cup to lose at this point. I've lost a lot of interest since the Jets were eliminated and am almost glad I am not committed to watching 3 hours or hockey every other night.

Looks like they had a blast celebrating in Sin City last night. They apparently ended up at Tiesto's show with the cup.

The emotion Ovechkin displayed when he got to hoist hockey's holy grail was truly something to behold. What a run by the Capitals.
