Can the Jets move on from Arneil?  I know none of the players will openly ask for that, but you can't fire/trade 25 players.

Is there someone out there that fits this team that can be lured away?

Its about time!! Defensively, the Leafs are horrible, give up consistently 10-15 more shots to the opposition, that's on the system they're playing. They don't have the offense to run and gun with teams, gotta go to a more defensive system...could Bruce Boudreau be the next Leafs coach?? He's from Toronto, played his junior hockey there, played for the Leafs in the NHL, won a Stanley Cup in Washington....they could do alot worse than him

Barry Trotz was the Capitals head coach when they won the Stanley Cup in 2018. Boudreau was head coach of the Wild at that time.

I don't think Berube was the issue in Toronto, or at least not a glaring issue. Not that I care because I love it when the Leafs are bad, but I think he became the fall guy/scapegoat for the organization's recent failures.

Yes and no. There is alot more wrong with the Leafs than Berube, but he was part of the problem too. Losing Marner and not replacing his 100 points with anyone is on the GM, but not adapting your game plan and playing a more defensive structure, because you can't score by the buckets, and consistently giving up 10-15 more shots than you take in a game,  is a coaching problem.
