"Best in Show" was one of the most underrated movies ever.
Unabashed positron.  Blue koolaid in my fridge.  I wear my blue sunglasses at night.  Homer, d'oh.

Watch all 3 (4?) of the movies in that series.  Yes, BiS and probably Might Wind were the best.  The last one was a bit more abrasive, but still funny in the right mood.

I grew up watching SCTV every day, taped everything when I got my first VCR, now have all the DVDs, books, etc.  I know every skit & line by heart.  O'Hara was awesome.  And always used as the "looker" (poor Andrea Martin! -- see Homlier You).

Strange and sad she died so young.  Another one of those "brief illness" things...

Something most won't know unless they read the books or watch the DVD commentaries: O'Hara was always miffed that she felt shafted by the org because she never got writing credit and the extra pay that most of the guys did.

She also got angry when she found out about John Candy's "favored nation" contract that ensured he was the highest paid in the later years.  They even worked that into a skit in the Cheque Forging Scandal episode, where Perini holds a piece of paper and says "favored nations" even though she doesn't understand much English.

If you want something to remember O'Hara by, try to find & watch the SCTV ballet skit where she dances with Andrea, Joe & Eugene, and starts doing a 70's hippie/banger move in the Dance Of The Dying Turkey Dance.
Never go full Johnston!
