Might not have evaluated fully, roster is an evolving thing and a numbers game (guessing)

I'm not sure if that is a surprise or not. Maybe he hopes to make an AR somewhere now and doesn't want to wait. Getting that 2nd global player on a roster means he has to beat out that extra Canadian and the other global players.

We're still trying to figure out how to give Bailey a look on the AR.

Anyway, that's the beginning of the weekly moves. There are several players that are available after recovering from injuries, so might need some room on the PR as a result.

Could also be some recent NFL cuts, neg list players and so on that might get added next week.
