Cancer sucks.

The fact that Ted has continued with the team facing a serious diagnosis says so much about his commitment to the game/team.

As the article says, after the roster is set, most of the GM's work is done, and staff takes over the day to day.  Glad he will be able to concentrate on getting better.
Unabashed positron.  Blue koolaid in my fridge.  I wear my blue sunglasses at night.  Homer, d'oh.

Ah that's terrible. All the best to Ted.

Awful news but we know you're a fighter and will beat this thing. Kick it's ***, Ted!

Horrible news.  "that's spread" is really not good news.  Agressive cancer that is all too common now.

Even though he's in HAM now, I consider him a Bomber for life, after all he put in to our sustained success.

Wishing him the best of luck and health dealing with this tough situation.

Hope he can beat and is able to find balance of quality of life vs. the impacts of treatments.  Fine line.  I agree Techno concerning when you talk about cancer spreading.

The article didn't say what type of cancer he is fighting, just that it is a serious form. ALL forms of cancer are serious, I had Blood Cancer (Lymphoma) but I have been cancer free for 6 years now, so beating it can be done, go tackle the treatments with everything you have Ted, best of luck.
