I am majorly worried. Pretty clear this is not a championship team anymore. Lawler should help but the o-line is not good enough now. We couldn't stay on the field long enough to rest an also aging D.

Way too early in the season to make such hyperbolic claims. They're still 4-2 right now and vying for top spot in the division.

A championship calibre team isn't determined in mid-July.

That is true but I think we would rely on luck this time rather than straight up dominance all season long, which we had winning our last cup and also in getting there last year.

The 2019 team posted a 10-8 11-7 regular season record. There was nothing dominant about them until it mattered in the big game.

The only thing that matters is making the playoffs and then dominating winning those two or three games in order to be a championship team.

True we only need to win in the playoffs and there have been many upsets there. We'll see but I still remain worried because this no longer looks like the dominant team we had since Zach arrived.

mmm comforting Golden Hat comforting indeed. As long as Zach is healthy we should be good. Get hot at the right time.

I m not worried about our record, rather I m worried Collaros is going to get injured because our O line is sub par. He?s been sacked and hit way way too much this season and if he goes down, we re done.

Deep breath.  4 and 2.  We are still good, still got a shot at greatness.  We will know by labour day what we are.

OL is better than sub par.  Taking their licks and also gave out a couple beatings.  Yes we want Collaros to stay healthy but there is always a plan B.  Both our OL and Zach have shown their resilience.  Of course our chances at the cup would be hampered without him but we have seen other teams succeed with their backups.  Can't over worry about injuries.  Next man up.

All we need to do is find consistency, get healthy and play our game.  Pieces of the puzzle are all here, just need patience to put it all together.

the tide turned for the Bombers the day Zach started for the Bombers just before the playoffs.    Strevvy was doing the best he could but it was obvious that he was hurt and obviously one dimensional as a starting quarterback.    We beat Calgarynat home and Zach made this incredible spin move to beat the Calgary rush and threw a dart up for grabs which Adams latched onto as he toe dragged just inside the boundary deep in our end zone!    That throw right there convinced me we now had a shot at a Cup....and we went on a 3 game roll and demolished the TiCats in Calgary.    I was there and it was likely my first and last Grey Cup game ever!
