Teams try to instill a family oriented locker room, but it begins and ends with the Coach and how well he walks the walk. OShea has massive street credibility as he was a star player and has seen things from the players perspective in the CFL. Not many coaches can offer what he has. And he?s always been an incredible leader and man of integrity, and to me as much as it is about family it is more about maintaining the integrity of being a good person and treating people with respect first and  the football part will take care of itself.
