Brown didn?t look out of place. His 2 pick sixes were brutal but that?s learning it the hard way. He doesn?t throw those, and it?s a very good outing. They are concerning however, did he really learn from these, we ll see

The second pick was plain and simple a bad throw as Demski was in position to make the catch. If he throws the ball on target Demski could have scored or at least made a run at the end zone. The throw was way behind him and in the flat.....it's a deadly mistake....as was the first pick which he hurried because of the botched snap. Two costly mistakes for sure however, I'm thinking he will learn from those. He didn't fold though and just kept coming which is the sign of a warrior mentality!

He is getting better each week but I didn't think Holm was playing badly. The surprise was taking him out of the game and I don't know if he was nicked or an opportunity to try some different looks in the secondary.

Darby, Clements, Bighill, Jefferson and Holm didn't seem to play much in the 2nd half. Perhaps just letting Darby and Clements get some reps and then the back ups. I would have thought Darby and Clements would play longer. Darby in his 1st game back to the Bombers and Clements after missing 6 games.

Ok. No problem. Handled internally but obviously they will both be starters when the games count.

On Lionbackers they were jokingly posting as to whether the Bombers would trade Brown to them for V. Adams and Pipkin. They were not impressed with their QB's.

Obviously Winnipeg is NOT going to trade Brown and the trade deadline has passed. Brown showed a lot of " the right stuff ". Yes he made some mistakes but he made some really good plays as well. There were more good plays than bad plays. It just turned out that the bad plays had such an impact turning into long pic 6's.

You?re right, I d gladly taken Brown over both Adams and pipkin. He only made 2 mistakes really, and those unfortunately cost us 14 points and the game.
