I thought he hurt his shoulder, not his hand.

He hurt his shoulder early in week 7, Missed week 8 and 9. I believe injured his finger on his non throwing hand on week 17 or 18.

Ah okay. Going to be very interesting how bc decides to play this game. Maybe rest some players on the D side.

Sway

I think they are going to be motivated to knock Bombers out.

They put Rourke in first quarter and get any kind lead its over,  just start running and killing clock.

To let us win only to beat us the next week doesn't really make sense

Probably wanna beat Calgary or Sask In Semi

I would think that except for how they played Calgary. That was a knock out game too and they had game planned to win all week.  This week you would imagine they will plan to rest guys with any kind of injury or guys they can't afford to lose (Rourke). If they get out of it injury free they will be happy. A W will mean nothing to them.

BC will rest guys, more in 2nd half.

I hope you're right.

I would be surprised if BC plays Rourke at all given he played a decent number of series last week.  If he does play I suspect it won't be more than 1-2 series.  Still you are risking injury in a meaningless game.

Let's hope many of the starters for BC on both offense and defense don't play at all or are out of the game before the half.  Even then, the Bombers will likely be in tough given what happened earlier this season with Horvath.

And yes, Horvath and BC did smoke the Bombers earlier this season.  They won by 16 points - that is pretty significant.  Horvath's combined passing and running yardage was 256 yards while Poo Brown totaled 187 yards.  Let's not forget the Lions ran for 377 yards in the game.

I'm not sure I have much faith in Younger and the Bomber defense pulling out this game outseeing as teams seem to be running all over them.  We saw that yet again this past game against Edmonton when they mostly ran the ball down the field to essentially clinch the game late in the fourth quarter.

I know we dont stand much of a chance in the playoffs anyway. But always nice to have a "chance"
