Riders have an oversized IR every season since like 2021.  I wonder how much of it is "player hiding".  And I also still question what they are doing with training, etc, which may be partially to blame.

Yes but they have many actual starters including Canadians on their IR lists. Every team is hiding some players on IR but this has increased due to SMS increase in 2025.
