Chris Strevler is working out with the San Francisco 49ers. i don't know if he will be signed there but it is good to see him getting another shot at the big time.

would be great if he does come back to the CFL.....his younger brother too!    We desperately need more young and exciting QBs in the CFL

I wouldn't be surprised if Rourke chooses to return to the CFL. He's guaranteed to get starter money and several teams will immediately be interested. It's a bonus that he's also a ratio advantage.

OTOH, I'm not sure what teams would be willing to pay Streveler or what he'd demand. I can't see anybody guaranteeing him a starting role but he certainly has a skill set that is good in the CFL.

It would be great to see Rourke and Strevy back. Do things want to actually play the game or toil on NFL practise rostering for years on end. It would take a miracle for Rourke to see a regular season snap in the NFL.
