I really liked that we used all the receivers.  O'Leary-Orange looks like he can play, and Wolitarsky got more looks with Demski out.  Nice to see Bailey have a big game.

I thought Oliveira had a better second half, but there is still work to do.  A starting RB in the CFL really can't have a YPC below 4.5 for any sustained length of time.  I mean you can get away with an occasional game at 4.0, but anything that starts with a "3" is problematic.

I thought the secondary was exceptional tonight.  Didn't give up any TDs, very few big plays, and had a number of knockdowns and INTs.  Bralon Addison was a non-factor and Dunbar was fighting for oxygen.

Now all we need to do is bring in a convert consultant to tune that up, and we're fine....

The Good
Geoff Gray looked a lot better
Zach Collaros was awesome
Willie's TD
Defence tightened up as the game went along

The Bad
Running game - hoping for a more favorable mix for JA
Slow start
Hamilton's O-line

The Ugly
For the Friday Night Football theme song they went with a Shawn Mendez song. Not sure who put that package together, but it was so cringy and I laughed so hard!

The Good:

Demski with 96 yards.
O'leary-Orange 22 yards
Front 7 was shut down all night.
DB's solid.
Leggs best game as a bomber.

Bad:

Demski injury, no walking boot. That's good.
Undiscipline penalties.
Some of Buck play calling.

The Good:

12 straight wins at IG field.
Our Defence not allowing Hamilton any TD
The fans attending the game in this weather

The Bad:
I thought Stanley Bryant had a tough game tonight
The bad call on Jake Thomas (that wasn't a leg whip)
The Ugly:
Demski getting injured

Agree with most of the comments above.

I'll add:

The Good:
- Demerio Houston looked solid in relief of Winston Rose.
- Buck mixing things up a bit better (e.g. passing more on first down, passing out of jumbo formation)

The Bad
- Return game still doesn't look dangerous.
- Running game looked a bit better, but still very much a work in progress.

The Ugly
- Zach's pick - that was never going to be completed and should not have been thrown.

The good: The defense esp Willie J
               Liegghio kicking and punting
Weather eased up for the game
Ellingson is just so smooth.  Give him the ball more.

The bad : Demski injury
             Short passes for 3-5 yards
             Our run game

The ugly: Penatlies costing us some major yards and momentum.

The Ugly:
Me picking HAM to win; ugh, ahh, oww.  I'm sorry, I doubted, I'll take the flogging.

HAM worst team in the E??  Looks like it.  (Near) Hero to zero in less than a season.

Good

3rd win
12 points surrendered again
Collaros having time and finding receivers.
Leighio knocking it off the upright and IN for a change... and overall punting and kicking.
Willie being Willie
Bighill blowing up Dunbar
Wilson, Houston, and company... can Ritchie Hall get "Coach of the year"?
Small, wet crowd still affecting opponent O

Bad
Dobson on the Jumbo (he will learn)
Rain

Ugly
Ham letting Masoli go in favour of Evans (ugly for them, good for us)
Evans throwing balls away (again, ugly for them, good for us)
ND10 injury, no wrap or boot on the ankle though...

The Good:
Schoen taking the pick away from Evens at the goal line.
Demski's amazing catch at the goal line. Turned the game in our favour.
Leggs FG kicking. Kept us in the game until we finally scored a TD.
Hard, clean hits that caused two picks, one a pick 6 that sealed the game for us.
The Bad:
Run game.
Lack of fans in the stands.
Demski's injury.
The Ugly:
Hamilton's O line. One guy playing his own spot.
What things look like if I use the list function.

Brady in the second half.... some nice runs
The ?D? for 60 minutes
Pushing the ball down the field and using all receivers

Not sure about keeping us in the game point, the Bombers less the Hamilton INT controlled the game start to finish.... with room for improvements.

I thought the crowd was not half bad considering the horrid forecast. It ended up being quite a Pleasant evening.

Schoen may get nominated for Bombers outstanding rookie candidate this year, but I think Donald Rutledge deserves it more, the added size and weight he brings to the D-backfield is going to make it difficult for Maston to ever get his job back.

Rutledge is playing very well. I think it's a little early to suggest Maston wouldn't get his job back but that's a nice luxury to have. If Rutledge continues his progress we could lose him to the NFL option clause. That's currently a bold projection after just 3 games. Just pointing it out that what happens for 2023 is anybody's guess.

Maston might be a big risk after consecutive injury regardless of how our SAM performs.

However I like what I've seen from Rutledge so far. Can't ask for too much more or project too far into the future.

White out was good idea and seat color had no effect.

A more full stadium with no rain. Works better.

Expectation wise, I agree. But, I'm still a little disappointed in the turnout, all things considered. I think the magnitude of the event deserves better. That's just my view.

I don't think you could ask for better attendance on a day like yesterday.

I was incredibly disappointment with the crowd at the home opener, only 26k? That was sad.

The Good- Defense was strong and got stronger as game progressed
              - Success throwing deep
             -solid special teams play
The Bad--Demskis injury
             -weather delay
The Ugly-Some fans booing in the first half (really with the Bombers home record)???? Maybe wait until Collares loses a game at home

Is it just me, or was it louder yesterday than week 1?  The crowd around me was rowdier, even though it was the same seats.  Maybe the "casual" fans turned out for week 1 but only the uber-fans were there for wet week 3?  Dunno.

Maybe the rain/wet makes the sound carry more?  Dunno that either.

The game started 30 minutes late so the crowd had more time to do some pregaming. Those thunder sticks make a lot of noise as well.
