Title: Banjo Bowl Pre-game.
Post by: Pigskin on September 07, 2026, 04:33:46 AM
It's going to be a very short week. The boy's won't see the field till Wednesday. The question will be who is healthy and who is not. Would be nice to get Demski, Kramdi, and Griffin.

Yes, the bright side is kramdi being out for game 6 was more a sms thing than injury thing. He'll be desperately needed with woodbey season ended. He'll get SAM. Kelly will stay fs.

We've heard nothing of griffin in forever. I doubt we see him until playoffs, if at all. Same with Allen.

Who knows what's going on with moxey. But who knows who is less bad between moxey, Nichols and Texada. The main thing is people being healthy so we have options.

If ceresna is out, which is very possible, we'll be hard up for sure.

But losing pokey will hurt most as he command full respect from the d. I guess clercius will take his spot and singer stays in. I really doubt we start Frederic or whoever that pr guy is.

And yet we injured zero riders and they'll probably get a piece or 2 back and be stronger. If we're gonna lose the ldc we should at least be taking out as many riders as they are Bombers.

Where did you hear that Woodbey has a season ending injury? I didn't see anything on TV other then them announcing he was injured. Smith has been playing SAM the most and that probably continues when Kramdi returns.

I'm expecting Allen and Griffin to be extended on 6 game IR. We probably don't see them return this year.

Ceresna and Wilson may or may not miss a game.

Fredericksen has been has been gone for a couple of months now. Womack is our only American RW on the PR. We also have no American LBs on the PR right now.

Should have read the whole gdt then. I announced it when it happened. You can see woodbey in the corner of a shot going down with zero people around. He's just jogging then boom falls down doing the ol' ACL routine.

I'll bet a ton he's season ended. Could be Achilles too, the view was so brief. But sure looked to me like knee.

You heard it here first! Griffin better get healthy pronto, or we're rolling with Kramdi at Sam for the rest of 2026!

The problem with the ldc being first is if puts huge pressure on us to win the bb when we end up losing, which is 80% of the time.

And now ssk has no pressure. They can just coast. And the cost of losing isn't high because what do they care? They are still plus 4 in the standings.

Of course, that's also why ssk often folds in the bb. We often put them way out of the game early. We can only dream of that happening in one week.

This year is different from the past 3 in that we only get ssk twice right? So score will matter if the season is tied. That said, it would appear ssk will run away with 2nd place now.

You may be right and it would be unfortunate to lose another defensive player.

As I suggested I think Smith stays at SAM and Kramdi goes back to safety. Smith has made some plays.

Points for and against might come into play but the Riders have 2 more wins than us. It's a long shot for that to be significant in 6 more games.

I think the Bombers will have a hard time winning in the BB

TOP 5 reasons why:

5) Poor offensive play calling, to predictable
4) the OL cannot pass protect to save there lives
3) This team is beat up and now on a short week
2) Younger's scheme soft coverage scheme is putrid and with injuries makes it to be even worse than if a healthy secondary
1) Harris was untouched last night, no defensive pressure (this is defensive scheme as well and/or severe lack in depth)
