Is it out yet? I looked in the usual places and I couldn't find it. Supposedly it comes out before game 1? Is this another one of those "but not for the public" situations? Where we plebes have to wait until an unspecified future date hits to have access to what should be widely available? Because, reasons.
And if the new book isn't even out for the teams to see -- how on earth do they play games to new rules if they can't see & learn them as they will be finally written?
