Tui Eli said he'd be on the Family Feud game show tonight. At least, that's what I thought he said. I've recorded 6 family feuds today so far and none seem to have him on (with quick cursory glances only).
That leaves 1 more to go, 7:30pm on CBC (I think).

Didn't know Canada had it's own version of this show but Tui said they filmed it in the US, most of his relatives are American.

Ya, I just rewatched the Huddle. They say it around 13:00. USA studios and October 20. So something went wrong or it got delayed. I'll keep recording... I guess I can drop the FF Canada ones... though today had a Winnipeg family on, LOL
Got it! Was on at 12:30am. Tui has the name tag Tavita (his full first name). The family name it Ulutoa, which seems to be his wife's side.
It's season 27 ep 21. I checked and it's not replaying tomorrow or the next 10 days. I'm not sure what the replay schedule is, but if it ever replays I should get 24 hours notice and can post here. It looks like this may have been its normal scheduled time slot... I guess it's considered for late-late-night audiences.
I haven't watched it yet except the intros to make sure it was Tui, but he looks good and very hyped up!
Can you please keep this forum updated regularly on this? When the replays are, your analysis of his performance on the show, etc? How the rest of his family performed? The more in-depth, the better.

I hate to give spoilers but since it affects our future actions, potentially, I'll say that Tui's family won. That means they are on the next show.
Unfortunately, I think they played that episode in the middle of the night, or even before they aired the first one (my guide shows them showing 2 episodes in reverse each night?). I'm recording the ones tonight in the wee hours (starting at midnight) just in case.

The 12:30am Oct 22 slot did have second Tui episode! So I got it! I haven't watched it yet.... and unfortunately I didn't record the 12:30 Oct 23 because I only just checked now :'( :'(
So hopefully they lost on the 2nd try... otherwise I won't have their 3rd try recorded. However, I can still try for the 4th one tomorrow.
Edit: Their first episode is s27e21. The 2nd one I have is e23... so they may have already won twice and e23 is their third time... though the listings go in weird orders and maybe have some holes, so I'm not positive exactly what's going on here. Looks like I'll be able to get e27 tomorrow night so we'll see. No idea where the even numbers are -- maybe they tape/air them staggered with different families?
Never thought I'd be analyzing Family Feud so much, or even at all!
I watched e23 and (spoilers) Tui's family lost. So no need for e25 or anything. Still, I'd like to know what the heck e22 is. Did anyone else catch all 3?
All of Tui's time in Canada helped him with his French -- the other members didn't know too much in the way of foreign languages!
