Released from practice roster:
American offensive lineman Jake Hornibrook
American defensive back Russell Dandy
American receiver Penny Hart
Penny Hart had good speed.

PR expansion is only for 1 month... probably cut off date for weekly stipends
Hopefully they showed enough to come back next year or for this year's emergency replacements
