It required several upgrades which are being performed by the league who host this site.

Sad to hear that fan forums are not a top priority for the league.  Not sure how active other teams forums are, but they should be able to get good interaction with fans, and use that input.

Here's hoping the figure out how to engage with *us*, the keyboard warrior fans.

Obviously not the fault of the Mod team or Bombers, but could the league have not maybe waited until after the playoffs to do upgrades?

Sounds like it was reactive maintenance, not scheduled.  Apparently a deluge of bot activity.

The CFL killed its forum last December. It had a sub-forum for each team with Hamilton being the only one of relevance.

The Extra Point is the last of the team run fan forums. All other forums are run by passionate CFL fans.

Had some issues with BOTS on my corp site recently also. Needed to do some work to filter out BOT's (my ID folks handled).

I do notice that transactional speeds seem a little slow and I run T3 to the desktop.

Great to be back...Forums like this are about the only way the fans get to have a discussion, and express their views.. It just doesn't exist in the regular media...This site contributes a lot to the league and the 'regular' fans of this league
