Zach is starting, which is great and if he doesn't get hurt, we win this game. Also see Elgersma is off the roster, also good, he's no where near ready or worthy of a roster spot.

Some strange moves especially ratio wise considering they are swapping Elsbury with Eli, are they preparing to hand the starting job to Eli or just taking a temporary step back with Elsbury?  Either way odd game to experiment with facing a ferocious pass rush.

Smith before Griffin seems odd because Griffin is one of their most effective players beside Tony Jones who maybe the only LB that never comes off the field. I expect to see plenty of Griffin, maybe they'll have a 3-way rotation with Kyrie.

I suspect we may see some Shay this game rotating with Kyrie, they are low on Import LB's without Ayers and Woodbey still out, excited to see if Shay can establish himself as a player with the few games left.

Surprised Jenkins gets another shot over some of the other D-line prospects but O'Shea has a history of giving players a last shot before planting them on the PR at the end of the season. At the end of season the players they want to see more of will be stashed, those they've seen enough of or don't care to pursue will remain on the PR.

Yes some odd choices tomorrow. Griffin might take more reps away from K. Wilson. I'm not sure about Shay though. Has he taken many if any defensive reps?

This isn't the time to experiment. Make changes if we feel those are the players that looked better in practice etc. Hopefully that is why we're seeing these changes.

Injuries, depending on degree may have made some of happen.

I like the changes, the depth chart doesn't mean that much but does on the OL.  Griffin will still get enough reps.  Good point about Shay, don't think so :(

None as far as I know, not even in there in short yardage were Cadwallader is the main man. Could be he showed well in College ball playing for Wyoming in a lower NCAA division and his physical abilities were overestimated by one of the Bombers newish scouts that wanted to make his mark and Walters accepted his judgement.

Turns out Shay is no more Canadian than Wolitarsky, born and raised in Georgia, his father fled PEI during the potato war.

Well I guess the odds are about 50/50 depends which version of Zach shows up. Condell should have red flashing lights going off in his head, find a way to keep the offence on the field or start the search for the next job.

Well at least the Eli fans get what they want.
Plan for the worst. Hope for the best.
