Football is a 60 minute game. We played the 1st 30 minutes. It took 25 minutes to get our 1st 1st down of the 2nd half.

Failure on offence and failure on defence.

Too many points not made when opportunity existed early in the game. One potential pick 6 dropped.

We found ways to lose instead of looking to win.

There is no consolation in losing on the last play in game 10.

I stand by my thought of firing Younger. His defence does not work.

He is the reason we lost this game.. His poor scheme.  We cannot do any worse on defense.

Well, hand it to EDM, they got like 20m TOP in 2nd H and our D got gassed.  Just like we did to them in the 1st H.

That kick looked a little wide, but whatever.

Their coordinators took Younger and Condell to school.

THAT there was what we call a nuclear meltdown by the Bombers....poor coaching....poor play calling and poor tackling.    We look like our record.....5-5 with the best team in the CFL on deck!    Brady had what 126 yards rushing in the first half and what 7 yards in the 2nd half?  Great offensive strategy there Condell!!

Sad that two years in a row hand cuffed by 1st a rookie OC and now a bad vet OC.  Unfortunate.

3 weeks from now we will almost certainly be 5-8. Tough games coming up.

Honestly, I probably would have been less angry than I am if they had been blown out. I went in thinking it could be ugly. Then they actually showed up at the start of the game and brought the hope only to be snuffed out in a horrible second half. Just disgusted with many aspects of this team at the moment. There is no moral victory in keeping it close on the scoreboard with a top team.

Remember MOS gambling on the Edmonton 5 yard line instead of kicking the FG, how big did that turn out to be.

No, it's not.  BC with no QB was a gimmee.  This was a super close one where EDM had to win it on the last drive.

Remember, EDM is the best or 2nd best team in the league.  The fact we made it close means we aren't a 8th or 9th place team.

I don't blame the D.  I blame the O for being 100% useless in the 2nd H, especially their last drive.  Get a TD there and we likely win because EDM then needs a TD to match.  Kind of like our GC losses: the O just can't get it done when they need to.

Good way to throw away the season

You keep him you throw it away anyways.  This D has zero imagination, can't blitz (more because they just don't and truly have forgotten how), and can't cover.  9 guys in coverage with holes all over the place yet Younger keeps doing the same.  He is one of the bottom 3 coordinators in the league, not worth keeping.

Nice adjustments on the 2nd half for the Elks.  PLaying the bombers is like a free bingo chip for a win.  So frustrating to watch.
