Any ball contact with the cone seems to count as a TD, recall Bailey's flying TD a couple of seasons ago, his body was completely out of bounds and only the ball in his left hand grazed the cone enough to move it, TD.

Except in this case his other hand was clearly actually touching the rail. Not over its plane,but actually down on it.

Yes, flying over the rail completely oob seems fine, as long as you're not actually touching it. In other words, rail planes don't matter. But touching physically should!

Nope, next payday Philpot The Greater will make more than every other CFL REC.  Kenny was already falling off for many seasons, even before BLM got injured.  Because he's a NAT, he won't be cheaper, he'll be far more expensive.

That's because no one would have dreamed Philpot-TG would be a better REC than Kenny.  Yes, even with BLM in Kenny is worse than Philpot.  That's pretty astounding.  Philpot was great before he extended... but now he's like twice as good as that.

When's the last time the league's top REC was NAT?  And legit best, not because of injury problems, etc.  Cahoon?
