Watch what all other teams do vis a vis long snappers. The entire line is taught to basically not touch him. And the long snappers are taught to do nothing more than act like ST personal protectors, just putting their arms out to lightly block rushers.

Every other team gets it, but sometimes players forget it. What's sad is mace and everyone at tsn don't know any of this.

I promise you that mos watching this game from his dock is saying all this to himself! He's the guy who pleaded for the rule.

Actual rule: Delivering an unnecessary blow to the long snapper while they are in a vulnerable position and unable to protect themself.

Tell me how the long snapper can move into the rushing players' lane and still be in a "vulnerable position and unable to protect themself." The answer is he can't. Once the LS gets his head up and makes a move, the rule doesn't apply.

It's funny how everyone on TSN agrees that it's not a penalty.

OTT's hunger and annoyance and anger going to carry over into next week. And they know beating us is their only chance to win this season. We're the second worst team. They are gonna be fired up.

I'm even more worried than I was before. What will cause the maximum humiliation after the max humiliation vs bc? We are the laughing stock now. Imagine what we'll be after we let OTT get their only win this season?

It's murphy's season. Whatever will humiliate us the most is what will occur.

In so many ways the OTT o is like ours. They wait so long to decide and throw that every d has more than enough time to figure it out and close in.

There are no timing routes. No blind throws. No trusting your recs to do their jobs.

Nope, both teams get the ball, sit and survey the field and throw to the least worst option and hope the db hasn't already gotten there.

Then look at SSK. When they are good, they are max dink and dunk, and EVERY throw is a timing throw that gives the d zero time to react. The only way you can stop ssks o is if you 100 percent guess the top reads presnap, or get in the lanes, or somehow get to the qb in less than 2 seconds.

We do it exactly like OTT, no matter our qb. And the CFL d's are just too good now for that to work.

So next week is just gonna come down to who sucks less. If both dru and Zach are out, I'll put money on OTT. And btw, OTT might start mbt next week, and we always always lose against no-current-film qbs. It's our raison d'etre.

We haven't played good football inked a month, if ever this year. Ottawa wants to end the ofer season they are having and we 'll likely accommodate them. We had a history of losing to weak teams when we were the top of the league, now we 're at the bottom and soon to be embarrassed yet again.
