You don't see it? It's everything. Yes, the HC is responsible when every other play has some unforgivable botch, like a rb running into the snap. Week after week.

The cfl's dumb rules on practice is also to blame. That's also hurting us. It makes it so good, oiled teams stay good and bad teams with no gel can't get better.

It wasn't a penalty. Snapper takes steps to block and runs into Rider, who is already in that lane. The rider didn't go into the snapper's lane; it was the other way around.

It is. Since they added the Rempel rule any time a LS gets trucked and their head flies back into the turf it is a penalty. It has been in every single instance since the Rempel rule was introduced.

The league has been basically perfect in flagging and enforcing it.

And why? Because just like we saw here and with Rempel, these smaller guys get concussed. They are not 350 lb hoggies, they are scrawny kicker-like specialists. How on earth can any long snapper stop getting trucked by 285 lb DTs going full bore?

Anyone who studies the CFL knows this. It will take the league to put out a memo during the week. Tsn is absolutely incompetent.

I just checked the rule to be sure and there is zero mention of head position or anything. It just says you can't truck a vulnerable LS.
