It was amazing finish. The boys kept fighting right till the end. Bauer's fight put a little spark into the team, and he scores to get the ball rolling. Fowlers was outstanding for about 56 minutes of that game.

ES57 is coming along nicely. DM19 has all the tools this kid is going to be a nice fit. Our top unit was dominate last night. Nice to see 81/55/13 back together. SS74 has let in soft goals lately.

Good for Bauer! I absolutely didn't see him as anything but a goon, but the Jets really seem to believe in him and he's rewarding them for it so far (in very limited minutes, of course).

After we scored the first one I thought, in a fairytale, if we found a way to score again quickly, a 2 goal deficit isn't insurmountable with 2 minutes left and happens many times. Then we actually did all those things AND got the zinger in OT! Could not believe what I saw with my own eyes.

Yes, the Habs fans were just singing up a storm, and then they weren't. But, Montreal has been known to blow a lead in the third, just not that late in the third. Fowler was outstanding for 98% of that game.

Nice to have a game we should score lots of goals and win and actually DO.

Not to get ahead, but if we can somehow get by Tampa Sunday we would be going on a nice little win streak before the big reunion on Tuesday.
