That Mang kid is looking good a few games in.  That's what we want out of our FB/TE.

Definite OPI on that 2nd Q TD, though.  Not sure why Buck holds the flag.

Daniels in theory should be able to play like that.  Big-bodying out any D from getting to it from behind.

HAM O is doing this level of play already, why can't we?  Our 1RDP isn't as good as no-name Mang?  Ko-man looking pretty happy on the sidelines that he bailed on us and went to a GC-bound team!

Level 2 spearing on Dolegala's 1st SY TD attempt in Q1.  League really got hot going after Biggie for similar a few years ago.  They made him have to lead with his hands.  But no grief for the MLB creaming Dolegala?  Thought the spotter might take him out, too.  His brain was still rattling when he hit the turf.

Reportedly the Ti-Cats planned to draft Daniels, that's why Walters moved up to get him. Daniels could do everything Mang is doing if Zach would throw him the ball more than once a game, sometimes the offensive strategy makes more difference than the player's ability.

It's interesting to see BC get absolutely lit up by Hamilton tonight. Not sure what it means for us but optimistically it might be helpful perspective.

Poissant getting hurt meant they were down to their last dressed REC.

But there's a problem.  Poissant is NAT.  Bolden (the backup) is IMP.  So you can't just swap them.

I thought they'd switch up at OL to put in their backup NAT for an IMP.  But they didn't.

Looks like J.Williams (IMP) came in for Hatcher GTD, and Bolden was in as expected.

So by my count they changed the ratio on O.  However, it appears they were starting 8 NATs overall, so I guess they can do that if they had pre-declared a 4 NAT O?  I really hate how the ratio is ambiguous and confusing once you go over 7 starting NATs.

Ya, always blame the holder  ::)  ::)  ::)

Leggs on pace to have a 3+ miss game like he did for us on several occasions!

LOL.  They all do it, though.  Even during 'vid.  Also funny during vid, sometimes wearing masks but dudes spit on the field just as much as always.  It's almost like it never mattered!

I will say BLM really gives his all to those licks.  Like many fingers, and tongue way out and multiple passes.  And the look he cracks when doing it...

And Dobson. Ko man was one of whipping boys when he was here.

At this point Hamilton seems to have the best O line. Run and pass they're good.

Isn't Kolankowski the 6th lineman and Dobson is at centre?

LOL, during the 3Q12:19 non-fumble review waste of time, they show Buck really hitting up the smelling salts.  Like overdose levels.

And that might be the dumbest official-cause delay of game ever.  How many minutes for a clearly incomplete pass.  It couldn't have been a QB fumble: he threw it at 100mph.  It couldn't be a REC fumble, he never had the ball even for a nanosecond.

I get that they let it play out as so often they shaft us by not letting it play out.  But as soon as the whistle sounds the other refs need to come over to the "I thought it was a fumble" ref and say "nah bro, the other 5 of us clearly saw an incomplete pass".  No need to get command involved.

P.S. The DPI called right after was a bit surprising.  It was DPI, but by maybe 0.2 seconds.  Usually they let that slide.  Interesting early precedent being set for this year's standards?

It means HAM might be the best team in the league right now.  You could also argue SSK, but SSK really only has their dink & dunk game.  BLM can d&d you or zap you for 60Y pass every other play.

And yes, it means we can be a bit more forgiving of our team's sad sack excuse of a D last game.  It would also mean we might be on par with BC, rather than BC being the "West favorites" as nearly everyone said before week 1.  That would be great for us when we play BC (hopefully soon while they have no RECs!).

Ham looking really good, beat down two west teams and should have beaten Mtl.

Ya.  Brick wall.  Which is funny, as on paper they don't look great.  Who's Reid?  Was he with SSK at one time?  Revenberg is always good, but isn't he 100 and nearly retired?  Dobson is top notch, but as a C?  Dumoulin: who the heck?  Barrow, has been looking good.

Strange that their OL coord and OC can get this level of play out of them!  And ours have a pretty good line, with probably the best 2 tackles and an extra IMP to boot, and we can't open a hole if our life depended on it.

Are our leaders/coords/coaches incompetent?  Does HAM just practice & study more than us?  Is their RB better?

It's clear HAM is taking this year very seriously as the team looking to knock the top dogs MTL off the podium.  They are prepared and raring to go.  Why not us?

And TSN just reminded us that WPG plays HAM @HAM in early July.  Ouch.  I really really don't want to go face them at home while they are clicking.

Is there an option to send only our B-team so they can get some reps, and keep our best from getting injured?  Look how many BC Lions HAM took out tonight.

Why oh why couldn't we have had BC in early July instead??

Yup.  A bit embarrassing that our starting C for a couple/few seasons isn't good enough to crack the starting list in another city.  Then again, it proves Mafia right on telling him to pound sand.  And HAM gets a very nice and not overly expensive backup C.  And better than our backup, as proven by who we chose to start all those years.

The shocking thing is HAM OL looking so good and BC OL, which is 4 IMPs(!) is hot garbage (yes, even before the injuries this game).
