Sorry you feel that way, but I'm not sure how you can say that our carbon policies have hindered our utilization of resources, which would generate jobs and taxes.  Hence, detrimental for Canadians.

I am all for responsible planet stewardship, and it is a noble effort to try and do it all by ourselves, but without more international buy in, we're bailing the ocean with a teaspoon.

And we can increase our oil output and revenue in a responsible way.  As Carney continues to say on his trade missions, we have the lowest carbon oil on the planet.  So, increasing our global share of the oil industry by displacing dirty oil is making a carbon difference.

That's such a petulant way to lead a reply. And especially so when it's followed up by what are basically talking points one would find in the cesspits of social media.
