There is now light misting rain outside. Temp isn't too bad, though a bit of wind. Heading to Molson shortly.

Ok, the roster has been updated. Some of the transactions shown yesterday ( moved to PR ) have been corrected and now show as moved to 1 game IR.

I still question why we kept Echols and Logan on the 1 game AR instead of the PR. That may have to do with something in the CBA and keeping them around until the season is finished ( 13 players ).

OTOH, our PR is down to 3 players: Person, Adams and Weitz. Everyone else is now on the 1 game IR.
One game at a time.

Mullet dork on tsn says we have a shot to win if Brady runs like week 12.

Too bad the world series went to fame 7 on the same day, it's really detracting from the CFL.

I haven't even seen one hint around downtown that there is even a playoff here today. No jerseys. Nothing.

Yeah, everyone's all in on the jays. It's the only merch I see outside today.

I am trying to be honest in my opinion. The data, statistics and any trending you might employ does not support a Bomber win. It is not negativity just an honest opinion based on the information available, record, statistics etc. Just look at the talent position by position and it is clear at least IMHO that the Bombers are definite underdogs and by a significant margin.

I hope I am wrong and underdogs do come out on top from time to time. I just can see any reason to be optimistic.
There's nothing wrong with pointing out our O line is the weakest in the league, as that is a fact. There's nothing negative about it. And the Bombers are underdogs, and there's nothing negative about that either, as that is a fact too. If they win, it will be a massive upset.

Mathew Peterson is dressed and warming up, Demski was out early but disappeared.

Demski was warming up without pads—doing sprints—but now isn't getting reps with equipment on with the team

But saying you're a fan of statistics and then telling us to subjectively look at the "talent" of both teams doesn't really line up.

Both teams are 10-8 and The Als picked up 8 of their 10 wins against non-play off teams. The Blue Bombes' defence led the league in offensive points allowed (21.4/game) and that mark has been even better since Labour Day (17.8/game). Brady has had a lot of success against the Als and their 6th ranked run defence. There are a lot of reasons to think we can take this game.

I think they knew Demski couldn't go before they left, not likely they go into the game without a backup RB, that was the clue.

In seats. Rain is gone. Wind is slight but steady, but pretty big gusts. Wind seems swirling, not sure any advantage to deferring.

Stadium is very old, but quaint. Lots of concessions, lines are pretty short.
