Mike O'Shea and/or Kyle Walters need to learn that undying loyalty to the veteran players produces what you've seen here today and for much of this season.

As much as I dislike the arrogant one, Wally Buono was right to upgrade his personnel when he saw they were past their prime. He would have moved on from half this team years ago. You'll never find the next star player hanging onto old vets hoping to squeeze another good season out of them.

Pro sports is about winning now not sitting around with old vets drinking brewskis and singing kumbaya after getting your teeth kicked in and disappointing your fan base.
