I thought this was wrong.....but this morning I heard a program discussing prerecorded, live concerts.

Apparently nowadays... (I'm old) Having part, or most of "live" concert prerecorded is commonplace. And machine gun Kelly is said to have a lot of prerecorded tracks.

And the people buying tickets, don't care.  So it's a Spectacle, not a concert. The performers are  just posing,  with instruments.

Amazing to me.

Better not Try that in front of a blue grass crowd...

I could tell the bass player wasn't really playing. Started back with Madonna, so much extra stuff going on stage with the dancing, the performance of the music became secondary. Classify it under "entertainment", not music.

It Must be extremely boring for any actual musicians taking part.
