It's remarkable that the Patriots recovered so quickly. Three years?  While other teams can't do anything for decades.

Entertaining games so far... even Seahawks crushing the niners.

Defence and running is back in the NFL.

Anyone watching Singleton lighting things up for the Broncos in this post-season?  Making FF's, tough tackles, directing things.  I'm very glad he's down south and not doing those things for CGY...
Never go full Johnston!

So far I find the current NFL playoffs sloppy and mostly unentertaining.  I can't believe the number of whiffs, dropsies and fumbles.  And the nonchalant attitude of many QBs when they start getting down.  Where are the coaches and leaders to get the morale back up?

I compare to the '25 CFL playoffs which were far more entertaining, to me at least.

Maybe it'll get better next week when the lesser teams have been eliminated.  So far it's pretty clear the better teams (and mostly the favorites) are the ones advancing.

Can't argue with that. It actually makes it more entertaining for me than the way it used to be... kind of robotic.

Game today one qb fumbled four times and threw two picks.

Edit.. on the other hand there are insane plays like this

70 yds in the air falling backwards td pass

Broncos/ Bills game was the best game of the weekend. However the with Nix getting injured, New England has very good chance at beating the Broncos at Home. Seahawks/Rams should be a very good game.

The NFL draft when broncos got Bo Nix, I happened to hear Sean Payton talking about it.

He was very excited, and said he was surprised that they even had a chance to get Nix.

And Nix was not highly touted pre draft.

He's a bit over the top, but Payton is a really good football coach and player evaluator.

It's going to be interesting to see how Stidham does...

Alex singleton.... Fun to see him doing well.

Update: the final Bears game was pretty fun.  The 4th & 4 TD was insane.  Talk about miracles.  (Why didn't one of the 3 guys who had the QB in his sights just make a bee-line sprint?  All of them did the hold up let's do contain thing -- it would only take 1 or 2 -- oh well.)

But for all the much vaunted "best players eva" NFL I've seen maybe 5 plays so far in the post-season that CFL guys probably couldn't do (outside of Dressler, Burnham, and Flyin' Hawaiian).

I guess I just expect too much.
