Needed this win big time. Not a masterpiece by any means. Brady and Demski carried this team to a win. The Bombers will be in very tough games the next 3. Would be great to get 2/3 but could easily be 0 or 1/3. Super nervous about this next stretch...

Is Corcoran the best Canadian receiver that we could get again either poor scouting or poor coaching player choices

A harder win than it should have been but it's a win. Those 2 early 45 yard passes by the Als led to 10 points and kept them in the game longer than they should have been.

Bomber offence was doing well considering we were missing 2 receivers by half time. Not too many mistakes but a few killed drives.

We had 450 yards of offence and Brady had a little over 200 yards of that total. Impressive when they knew he'd be getting the ball that often.

I think Vaval won the " test " between our 2 CB's. D. Lawson seemed to improve after that first mistake. However we were playing against the # 4 QB making his 2nd start.

Demski shouldn't miss any games. Precautionary I think that they took him out. OTOH, Sterns probably misses some games with a shoulder injury.

Logan showed some speed but didn't see much daylight from our blockers. He got some game time and conditioning tonight and should improve next game.

Collaros had an 87% completion rate and a good night.

Kinda caught in between guys. He's obviously depth that probably shouldn't be getting as many snaps as he is, it was injury replacement.

But we lost a couple of Canadian receivers in the off season, so he got prematurely promoted I guess.

Cobb is a much better option, but again Corcoran is a character guy according to Oshea too bad he is a liability

Good question but he's a rookie and not had much playing time. Now that we appear to have lost Sterns, we're going to have a change in the receiving group. Whether that means Cobb gets added and we go 3 Canadian receivers or does the WR on the PR ( McLeod ) get added.

The only other option is using Logan more as a receiver and maybe throw in Streveler a bit. None of the options seem great but it's the only ones we have at the moment. That would give another ratio advantage if we wanted to add Houston without taking anyone out. Depth improve I suppose.

Much better? lol. I don't know how we can reasonably say that.

Come to think about it, we might get Schoen back next week. We'll have to see if he get 1st team reps in practice next week.

Why is the Mtl crowd allowed to use sirens when the Bombers are in the huddle and breaking up to the LOS. This is illegal and is a penalty against the home team, what gives CFL! They banned the air horns but are allowing the siren noise now.
