I think it's fair to say this team doesn't have an established second line. We've seen time and time again in recent years how that's hindered this team's success, especially in the playoffs.

Management needs to seriously address that roster deficiency going forward, IMO. Maybe there's an answer within the organization somewhere down the road but a stopgap is sorely needed in the meantime.

And I don't mean win or lose...we are obviously not on their level in any way, shape or form, but if we win one of them and put up a good fight in another, that's a very encouraging signal. If they stink in both...well, that's actually the expectation.

Nice to see the 4th line get one. PK in the 3rd. period saved our bacon. Decent road win, but giving up a 2 goal lead in the third was concerning.

Also Nashville and LA play each other tonight so one of them will be getting two points. Lose tonight and we will be 3 or 4 points back
