JT has been very good of late. He is elite in the FOC and now he's finding his scoring touch. MS55 with 4 points. Helle outstanding to keep us in this one early.

Losing is still the best overall outcome for this year.

But they didn't get a clean loss... they had to pick a point and then lose.

Boston didn't get rt shot dman Anderson from the Flames

Chevy, why not send Pionk to Boston for M. Geekie.

Later we can send Lambert to Tampa for C. Geekie, who are
both playing in the AHL this year

And in this case, a loser point is better than two victory points. The Jets are still second last in the league.

Pionk is on IR.

Understand that Pionk is on IR., for a short bit
This is a suggestion where Chevy might look
Moves likely won't be the big shaker but it's a start

Have no problem with considering Fetts to be used

I would be okay moving Fetts, for a RW that can score, or a top 6 C.

JT heading back to the windy city tonight. Might be a emotional night for captain serious.

Fetts is going to be a star, and a fan favourite.  He's no trade, IMHO.

If Toews wants to stay, and wants to re-sign as the #2C for #2C money, I want to keep him.  But if he wants to go to a contender for this year, you can get a very good return for him.  Maybe even sign him again next year.  If you can't get a first for the best face off guy in the league, well...

Schenn, yes, please, get a 4th and some Gatorade and Mustard Packets.

Stanley, I think his trade value is far higher than it has ever been, and I still think we should re-sign him at $5mil for 5...  he really didn't look horrible playing with Morrisey and I am sure Chevy talked to Morrisey after the game about it.

Pearson, Nyquist, Koepke, Miller, Comrie... not going to get anything for them, but if someone wants any of them, "future considerations" would be fine, 6th or 7th... and get some Moose up here.

Chipman will never allow Toews to be traded, but he's exactly the kind of piece we should be moving out the door.

Toews will not be traded unless Toews wants to be traded.  And he might want to to help the club get another first rounder.  And then come back next year, a true rental.

I'd love to extend him and watch him continue to build chemistry with Fetts.  I think the early struggles Fetts had might have been in part to the early struggles Toews had, and thier success now could be because Toews is finally rounding into shape.

13, 19, 91 could be a dominant line next year.

I don't know what the return would be. It makes me wonder if such a trade is even worthwhile unless it's a package deal.

It hasn't worked out this season, so why would this team even entertain such a risky proposal next season?

19 and 91 have most of there points off of the PP. And, I believe GV13 has been the x-factor on this line like he was with 55 and 81. 91 a star??? He has no consistency to his game. He's also not a great skater. I believe the Jets will move him over the summer when he starts asking for a big bump in salary.
