Training camp tomorrow and my car started rattling as I was driving into the city today. So ****, it's off to getting a mechanic to help and getting to the first day is in jeopardy.

Winnipeg Jets announce 2025 Training Camp groups

Last week we learned the Jets training camp schedule and 55-man roster. Today we learned how they are breaking the roster up into three groups as follows:

Group 1 (17):

G: Hellebuyck & DiVincentiis
D: Pionk, Miller, Samberg, Clague, Frisch & Anhorn
F: Vilardi, Shaw, Barron, Koepke, Zhilkin, Scheifele, Wagner, Pearson and Connor.

Skating at 9:45 AM on Thursday.

Group 2 (18):

G: Comrie & Milic
D: DeMelo, Phillips, Heinola, Morrissey, Sautner & Bauer
F: Nyqvist, Toews, Ford, JAD, Gustafsson, Barlow, Duehr, Martin^, Perfetti & Lambert.

Skating at 11:45 AM on Thursday.

Group 3 (18):

G: Poulter & Worthington
D: Schenn, Fleury, Salomonsson, Stanley, Engle^ & Barteaux
F: Namestnikov, Iafallo, Fagemo, Yager, He, Niederreiter, Julien, Cloutier^, Di Giuseppe & Chibrikov.

Skating at 1:30 PM on Thursday.

No Walton on TC roster. I was hoping to get a look at this 6'6', 220, C, my brother talked about all last season.

Last season in Jr. 38 G, 54 A, 92 points. 43 PIM. so he play with some edge to him. But. he's also only 19.

Though no doubt going back to Jr. is the best for K. He,
certainly think he showed well in Sun's game and hopefully will be a full time Jet in a couple seasons

Toews: "I'm just excited to play hockey again."

I didn't catch the game last night but all indications are Toews looked pretty solid, particularly in the FO circle. I'm looking forward to his regular season debut.
