Mtrl signed Ciante Evans and Dandridge, interesting the approach they take vs Bombers
When Mtrl has a need they look to anyone that can help ie Sankey, Lemon etc while we recirculate  players we have cut.
Both of these players could have helped us

Sankey wasn't an option with Bighill here.  Yes, he would have been an upgrade and that would have continued, but this has been discussed ad infinitim.  And Lemon, pass.  Talent, but baggage.

We "recirculate" because we know the players, and as known quantities, they fit in better.  Like holding onto players on the PR or IR.  It is easier to accommodate them into the lineup.

Probably not since every team has players on their own PR. If a team has many injuries then possibly but generally I wouldn't expect it.

Yeah a couple teams would have to have a bunch of injuries for them pick him up agreed

I think the other DL we let go in the off season are doing ok

Should we take a look at this guy?  This would be an amazing opportunity to pick up a 1st round OL "for free".  2023 isn't that long ago.  Unless OTT made a really bad mistake drafting him so high?

Our pipeline cupboard is pretty bare.  1 1st year NAT OL on PR?  Yikes.  This guy would already have some dev, and maybe he just needs a "real" team to level up?  Of course, this all depends on him not being a headcase or quitter.

Drafted by the Ti-Cats and had extensive injuries in his time there, was only with the RB's since early June, maybe a project player worthy of developing if he'll accept a PR spot.

Man, other teams make moves so darn fast.  You snooze you lose.  So many teams being pro-active when a vet becomes available.  Yet we just sit on our hands as the injuries pile up... maybe bringing back a rookie or TC cut...

Still don't think picking up other teams cuts is really the best strategy. 

Any of Leonard or Purifoy if they can play would be fun to see, but like Alexander, time has probably caught up with them.  For a late season run, if they are in shape... Purifoy at FS was a beast
