Mini Camps?

Any news on when and where the Bombers hold some mini camps? I thought that usually starts in March?

Those are try outs. There used to be a mini camp with Bomber players mixed in with new comers. Usually a month-ish before main camp. It used to be at our field but I remember reading they had it in Florida instead in 2019. Not sure if they still even have it.

I think it was canceled during Covid and has not been brought back due to expense, maybe a concept the CFLPA did not favour.

Sure. I just used the wrong wording but try outs was what I meant. Information is always vague and it would be interesting to know who gets signed. Players are signed but we don't specifically know if they were from these camps or just from neg lists.

While it's not critical to know, it has an interest factor.

Nothing directly connecting any of the new signees to the mini/tryout camps.  A connection is not impossible though.
