Switched mine yesterday. The Bombers had sent me a link to view all the options available. It was very easy to do.

Im curious? What prompted you to move? Better spot less money? People around you?

Riders offer seat exchange based on years holding season tickets/shareholders.

You get a scheduled time to review options.

I've noticed the older fans ( including me ) move up closer to the concourse level for less stairs and closer to concessions/bar/washrooms.

Does Winnipeg do the same?

Yup...you get an email of your designated time to swap....the available seats are only available to be seen by people in the ticket swap...anyone else looking doesn't see the seats that were occupied the previous season by season ticket holders who didn't re-new
