Good

The defense as a unit.  Individual accolades are deserved, but they all played very well.  No TDs allowed again.  Was Sinopoli even targeted?  What?s the CFL record for most games without allowing an offensive TD?
Miller - he was on fire.  Amazing how he made nearly every ST tackle.
Fenner - he deservedly was dumped on over the last two weeks, good bounceback game.
Rose - two turnovers, after missing a few over the first two games.
Jefferson - just pure aggression and drive
Medlock (the punter) - Good punting all night, and great play when we absolutely needed it.
Streveler (the short yardage guy) - did a solid job when executing the packages he practices for.
Nichols- great game Until he got hurt.  Had he stayed in we win by 40.
Harris- just doing what he does.  Needs a new chinstrap though
Adams - great circus catch, and a few other solid receptions
Woli and Demski had fairly solid games as well.

The Bad

The micro collapse after Nichols went down.
Medlock (the FG kicker) - I get that Justin is a little out of practice because we score TDs more often on offence this season, but missing two in a row in not cool.
Streveler (the mid game replacement QB) - did not play well.  Granted, he had two bad series, which were not directly his fault, which likely messed up his game a bit.

The Ugly

Stupid penalties- In particular Hardrick pancaking a defender on the ground after the ball is gone.  It actually worked out in our favour as we burned more clock, but that usually doesn?t turn out well.
The non call on the Harris face mask.
The non call on Streveler getting earholed.
Nelson playing himself out of a job.

The h'Ugly - Nichols being out

The Bad.

We allowed 1 offensive TD in 3 games. None in the last 2 games.  This must stop or there will be consequences. lol Smiley

Fire Hall!!!  Fire him and our god awful secondary as a one-shot solution to their excellent work..

Good;
our record
coaching challenges
Fenner bounced back
Our D-line while not massive in the stats department, is soooooo good
Medlocks hustle on the punt
How fast the young O-line is coming together, and the mean streak they carry
Woli is turning into Mr. clutch
Harris showed last week was an anomaly
Demski is holding onto the rock
Miller was in straight beast mode

Bad;
Nichols taking a few late hits
Medlock missing 2 in a row....Expect him to bounce back

Ugly;
Mathews luck with injury
Nichols injury

This.  I don't know how many times the words "Oh, crap!" were coming out of my mouth when it appeared that he had been stopped short, and then he would break through the arm tackles and gains another 4-5 yards.

The Good:
  • Demski wide open for 82 Yards, giving us a lead 3 minutes in that we never give up.
  • Adams: Dug one out of the dirt then the amazing catch on the 10.
  • Medlock's recovery on the 4 after a stupid Lankford mistake. Turned the game back in our favour.
  • MOS' first challenge. A 50-50 chance... that went our way.
  • Dominant Defence: Kept them under 260 yards, out of the end zone and off the field.
  • Miller: Special teams demon.
  • Streveler: 2 Rushing TD's and a beauty of a passing TD. (Can't blame him for the tipped INT or the receivers fumble.)
  • Nichols: Quick decisions and nice touch on his deep balls.
  • Winning all the major parts of the stat line... Passing, Rushing, TOP, Total yards, Penalties
  • Wolli: TD and dug a couple out of the dirt to extend drives.
The Bad:
  • MOS' second challenge of the challenge officials first ruling.
  • Medlock missing 2 FG's. That's as rare as Harris fumbling twice in the same game.
  • Refs gotta call that face masking on Harris.
  • Matthews injured again.
  • Harris's hat. Gotta tighten the chin strap.
  • Ottawa's RTP's. Both were way late, stupid and extended drives.
The Ugly:
  • Nichols injury. At least he was back on the sidelines not hiding from noise and light.

The Good
-Our offence with Nichols
-Our defence
-Medlock the punter

The Bad
-Medlock the kicker
-Nelson. Like I said, he's a fringe player taking a DI spot we might not realistically be able to keep for him. Putting the ball on the ground twice makes taking him off the AR much easier.

The Ugly
-Nichols "slide" or lack of. That recklessness could have cost us the game

-Hardricks penalty. I understand the fun in roughing up a guy behind the play and luckily it didn't cost us a TD in the sense Streveler punched it in later on. But that was as dumb a penalty as one can take

To be fair to Medlock his two missed field goals were wide by less than a foot.

Close doesn't count. It's not grenade throwing or atom bomb dropping. It's either in or out.

The Good
-the D-  o majors allowed, again!!! That **** Hall doesn?t know what he?s doing!!
-the O- great diversity and execution of play calling

The Bad
-did brad Sinopoli even play last night?? I can?t recall hearing his name at all, kudos to our D

The Ugly
-the non call on the facemask on Harris that ripped his helmet off. Seriously, how do you miss that?!? And why can?t command centre/eye in the sky call that when the refs miss it. No way anyone should get away with a major foul to the head
